In-house design and repro
A full design service covering pack and carton structure, with plain samples produced for testing before a launch is committed.
Repro and artwork
Full print and repro facilities, so artwork can be created, corrected and proofed without leaving the building.
Die cutting and embossing
Full die cutting and embossing for complex builds, including the shapes most printers decline to quote for.
Window patching and gluing
Finished cartons patched, glued and delivered flat or made up, ready for your filling line.
Samples and shelf ready
Plain samples for testing, and fully finished samples in up to seven colours, to the same specification as the live run.

The only UK maker of water based cups
Almost every disposable cup in Britain is lined with polyethylene, which is why a used one cannot go in with the paper recycling. Ours are lined with a water based coating instead.
12oz and 16oz, single and double wall, printed in up to seven colours on the same press as our cartons. As far as we know, nobody else in the country makes them this way.

We deliver it ourselves
The lorries that bring your cartons are ours, driven by our own people. No pallet network, no third party haulier, nobody else deciding where your job sits in the queue.
It means we can commit to a delivery date and hold it, move a job forward when a launch date shifts, and drop to more than one site on the same run. If something needs to be with you tomorrow morning, that is a conversation with us rather than a claim on somebody else's timetable.

Certifications
Audited on packaging safety and on forestry
We hold BRCGS for Packaging at Version 7, Grade AA, and we print on FSC certified board so your pack can carry the FSC label.
Both certificates, with scope statements and licence codes, are issued for your supplier approval file on request.
