Who we are
This website is operated by R Howard Ltd, trading as Carton-Pro, of Unit D, Limesquare Estate, Enterprise Way, Bretton, Peterborough PE3 8YQ. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. For anything to do with your data, contact hello@cartonpro.co.uk or call 01733 308000.
What we collect
If you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, company, email address, telephone number, the sector and run length you select, and whatever you write in the enquiry itself. Nothing on this site asks for payment details, and we do not collect special category data.
Our server keeps standard technical logs, including IP address and the pages requested, which are used to keep the site running and to stop the enquiry form being abused.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We do not use your enquiry to send marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is emailed to our team and stored on our website host so we can respond to it. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under contract, and only on our instructions. We will disclose data to a regulator, auditor or law enforcement body where we are legally required to.
Where it is held, and for how long
Data is held on servers within the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data outside that area, we rely on the UK adequacy regulations or on standard contractual clauses.
Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Where you become a customer, records are kept for seven years after our last transaction so we can meet accounting and tax requirements. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. Two things on the site are served by Google, and both receive your IP address as a normal part of delivering content to your browser:
The embedded map is provided by Google and may set cookies in your browser when it loads. Google's handling of that data is covered by their own privacy policy. Everything else on the page is served from our own domain.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to processing carried out under legitimate interests, and ask for your data in a portable format. Write to hello@cartonpro.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, by calling 0303 123 1113, or by writing to Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow SK9 5AF.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date shown at the top of it.
